Principal

Glen joined Systematic in 1993 and has brought extensive construction and project management experience to the senior management team.

With knowledge of design, engineering, fabrication and construction, Glen has assembled an experienced project team to allow Systematic to become a total solution provider for customers on many industrial projects.

His leadership, technical expertise and experience have been essential in Systematics’ continued success.

 

 


Travis Stelter

Travis Stelter P.Eng

Principal

Travis joined Systematic in 2008 with 19 years of previous industrial operation experience in the roles of maintenance, capital projects and production manager. He has been a driving force in shaping and developing internal professional construction management systems and a dynamic safety culture. Travis is motivated to ensure Systematic continues to internally develop a strong and vibrant core group of employees that deliver successful projects to multiple industry sectors.


Jamie Burnett

Jamie Burnett RSE

Principal / Project Manager

Joining Systematic in 2005, Jamie has built his career with Systematic. He began as a laborer, earned his Journeyman Millwright ticket, and steadily advanced through the ranks thanks to his strong organizational and communication skills. Now a Project Manager and Partner at Systematic, Jamie remains dedicated to driving projects forward while supporting the people and relationships that make the work meaningful..


Gavin Kirk

Gavin Kirk P.Eng

Principal / Project Manager

Since joining Systematic in 2013, Gavin has built over a decade of expertise in engineering, project management, and construction within the heavy industrial sector. As a licensed Professional Engineer in British Columbia, he plays a key leadership role in guiding teams from early contractor involvement through to detailed execution, with a strong focus on delivering value across complex projects and programs.

 

Gavin led the successful completion of Systematic’s first design-build-operate initiative for a state-of-the-art wood processing facility, setting a new standard for integrated project delivery.


Chris Langton

Chris Langton CPA

Controller

Chris serves as Systematic’s Controller, bringing over 10 years of accounting experience to the role. He oversees financial operations, office management, and leads a team of administrators with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

A lifelong resident of the Okanagan, Chris graduated from both high school and college in Kelowna. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids and is passionate about all things hockey.


Lucas Burnett

Lucas Burnett CRSP

OH&S and Business Affairs

Lucas plays a key role in supporting safety and compliance at Systematic, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory standards and operate safely. With a career that began in the manufacturing industry in 2010, he advanced into a supervisory role before transitioning into a safety-focused position in 2016. In 2020, Lucas earned his Certified Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, reflecting his commitment to excellence in workplace safety. Since joining Systematic in 2023, he has focused on developing practical safety programs, protecting teams, and driving continuous improvement in safety practices across the company.


Doug Treadgold

Business Operations Manager

Doug became part of Systematic Industrial Construction in 2018 and has played a key role in optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency. With a diverse background including saturation diving and offshore construction, Doug brings a combination of hands-on technical experience and strategic insight. His understanding of field operations, paired with a results-driven approach to business management, bring project execution and organizational objectives together. 


David Delorme

Field Operations Manager

Dave joined Systematic in 2010 and brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction. As a Red Seal Millwright, he combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure smooth execution across all facets of the company’s operations.

In his role, Dave oversees day-to-day activities, coordinates teams, and drives continuous improvement across projects and facilities. His commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality makes him a key contributor to Systematic’s success.

Gary joined Systematic in 1998 with years of construction experience ranging from structural, civil, and mechanical engineering, design, and site supervision. In his current role, Gary leads a wide range of industrial projects, applying his experiance and technical expertise to deliver quality solutions that make him a key factor in successful project outcomes.


Sophie Kirk

Sophie Kirk EIT

Project Engineer / Manager

Sophie started with Systematic in 2021 as a mechanical Engineer in Training supporting the field teams. During her time with Systematic she has continuously developed her skills and excels in engineering management, estimating, procurement, and project execution. She now operates as a project manager with strong experience in both shutdown and greenfield construction. Her project focuses have been in forestry and mining, and range from specialty trade work to GC site-wide management.


Natasha Stefani

Natasha Stefani EIT

Project Engineer / Manager

Natasha brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Systematic team, having honed her skills in a variety of fields, including manufacturing, product development, academic research, and rocket engineering. As a Project Engineer and Mechanical EIT, she joined the team in 2021 and immediately made an impact with her exceptional organizational and technical abilities. When she's not working on innovative projects, Natasha can be found exploring the great outdoors, whether it's hitting the trails for a run or embarking on a backpacking adventure. Her passion for both her profession and personal pursuits make her a valuable asset to the Systematic team.


Brad Anselmo

Project Engineer / Manger

As a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer-in-Training at Systematic, Brad coordinates projects from estimating and planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery. With a background in mechanical engineering and experience in project management and the oil and gas sector, Brad brings a well-rounded, solutions-focused approach to every job.

Known for his approachable style and clear communication, he works closely with clients, engineers, and crews to foster collaboration and keep projects running smoothly. Outside of work, Brad enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, DIY projects, and improving his golf game.

Artem joined Systematic Industrial Construction in 2022, bringing extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of material handling systems. His expertise spans CAD modeling, structural analysis, and precision engineering, enabling him to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and reliability. Artem’s strong technical background and commitment to quality make him an integral part of delivering projects that meet the highest industry standards.


Daylin Epp

Design Engineer

Meet Daylin, a Mechanical EIT in the role of designer and draftsperson, with additional responsibilities of technical procurement. He has a strong background in industrial construction, specializing in forest products and mining, as well as experience in data-science. He’s passionate about leveraging technology to improve industrial practices and finding creative ways to solve new challenges. When not immersed in the world of work he can be found engaging in sport, outdoor adventures, and spending quality time with family and friends.


Thomas Girard

As a Project Engineer (EIT), Thomas applies his Mechanical Engineering background to project planning and execution. He brings attention to detail and technical insight to every project. Thomas is committed to delivering high-quality results that align with client and team expectations. When he’s not at work, he enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time outdoors. His approachable nature and enthusiasm for problem-solving make him a strong contributor to the Systematic team.

Starting with Systematic in 2017 as an Engineering Technologist, Liam has become a site leader focusing on planning, coordination, and on-site execution. With a hands-on approach and strong technical expertise, Liam ensures safety, efficiency, and quality on every job site.


Mark McCheseney

Mark McCheseney

Warehouse Manager

Starting with Systematic in 2017, Mark oversees warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics and inventory management. With more than 35 years of previous experience in industrial welding supply, Mark brings deep industry knowledge and a hands-on approach that keeps our projects running smoothly..


Quality

Systematic's Quality Control (QC) program has the full support of management who will ensure that adequate resources, including competent personnel, are provided to implement our QC program. Our QC programs are registered with the BC Safety Authority, ABSA and Manitoba's Office of the Fire Commissioner. Systematics QC program is developed to CSA, CWB, ASME, and ANSI Standards.
