Glen joined Systematic in 1993 and has brought extensive construction and project management experience to the senior management team.
With knowledge of design, engineering, fabrication and construction, Glen has assembled an experienced project team to allow Systematic to become a total solution provider for customers on many industrial projects.
His leadership, technical expertise and experience have been essential in Systematics’ continued success.
Travis joined Systematic in 2008 with 19 years of industrial operation experience in the roles of maintenance, capital projects and production manager. He has been a driving force in shaping and developing internal professional construction management systems and a dynamic safety culture. Travis is motivated to ensure Systematic continues to internally develop a strong and vibrant core group of employees that deliver successful projects to multiple industry sectors.
Gary brings 30 years of construction experience ranging from structural, civil and mechanical engineering, design and site supervision. He oversees many areas for Systematic, including QA/QC and turnover packages, Civil/Structural design, CWB Welding Supervision, Health and Safety and In-House Trainer. His emphasis is the role of OHS&E Manager.
He holds several certifications related to industrial construction activities and is also approved by the Ministry of Highways and Ministry of Forests for the inspections of precast and prestressed concrete and wood bridge components for the western provinces and territories.
Jamie has spent the past 13 years in the heavy construction industry with Systematic Industrial Construction Corp. Jamie began his career as a Labourer and has achieved his journeyman millwright’s ticket. Jamie’s exceptional organizational and communications skills have quickly advanced him to his current position as a site superintendent.
Allen combines hands-on experience as a certified mechanic along with a mechanical engineering diploma to assume several key roles at Systematic: Project manager, estimator, procurer, QC/QA, designer and field files manager. He has 5 years of technical experience and has moved numerous projects from the conceptual stage to the final quality assurance and turnover packages.
Former maintenance planner at one of the largest multi-product bulk terminals in North America, Gavin brings experience in planned shutdowns and mechanical works. With 2 years experience in construction, Gavin takes the role of project engineering, field supervision, and estimator.
Systematic's Quality Control (QC) program has the full support of management who will ensure that adequate resources, including competent personnel, are provided to implement our QC program. Our QC programs are registered with the BC Safety Authority, ABSA and Manitoba's Office of the Fire Commissioner. Systematics QC program is developed to CSA, CWB, ASME, and ANSI Standards.
